      <image:title>home - Residential Treatment</image:title>
<image:caption>Red Mountain Behavioral Health Services provides Residential Treatment for out-of-home placement. Clients live in our homes, receiving clinical services that foster spiritual awareness, discovery, and growth. Our Red Mountain Change Model, developed from years of experience, aims for a “change of heart” rather than just behavioral change. We help young people meet their needs positively and repeatedly by focusing on the heart, which will change their minds, and once we change their minds, they’ll be open to changing their behavior. Our home-like holistic approach allows kids to experience our support in a normalized setting and can more readily transfer what they learn here to home.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Our Life Skills program utilizes a research-based curriculum to remediate skills in multiple areas, including community integration, finance management, educational improvement, social skill building, character development, healthy life choices, and family support. This individualized program emphasizes the strengths, interests, and talents of each youth involved. The strategies of our Life Skills specialists include both the use of modeling and positive reinforcement to help strengthen learning and promote positive outcomes. Life skills coaching focuses on helping young people develop essential abilities that will serve them well throughout their lives. This type of coaching often covers a broad range of areas to ensure youth, and teens are equipped to handle various challenges and responsibilities. Our program is often tailored to individual needs and can involve one-on-one sessions, groups, or a combination of both. The goal is to empower our clients with the tools and confidence they need to navigate adolescence and transition into adulthood successfully.</image:caption>
